Hi, my name is Kyle Kelley
My name is Kyle Kelley I am a contractor, handyman, home inspector, radon mitigation and also do Commercial and Residential Maintenance. I went to the local community college for construction management and technology. I have been in the construction industry since 2005. I would love the opportunity to help you inspector you new property and or perform maintenance on your current property.

Standard Home Inspection
I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.
Wood-Destroying Organism (Termite) Inspection
Wood-destroying insects can cause serious damage to the wooden structural components of a house. They can hide and go undetected for a long time, but there are many telltale signs for different species that indicate their presence. I’ll inspect your home for evidence of infestation now before it becomes an expensive problem later.
We give on-site bids so we can price out all the material and how much we will use to give you the most accurate price.
The price of a system depends on the home’s foundation, size and radon levels. While homes with just a basement, slab or crawl space can range from $1000-$1300 and a crawl space/basement combo will typically be around $1500-$1900.
